    Yes it is - and its happening increasingly more often, as is the huge decreases in my download speed generally - basically the quality has gone from 100% to 60%ish - But for the same monthly fee.....

    Seems to coincide with Smarts new consumer-unfriendly UberLords and a shift in policy in a very wrong direction.

    - If I leave I'll take as many as I can with me through word of mouth, recommendations against Smart, and posts here and everywhere else warning against them.....
