Great stuff VintageKits. Looking forward to it. Andy is an absolute gent, did a little training with him in St. Francis years ago. He gave me some footwork tips :D. If there is one boxer I hope is successful more than any it's Andy Lee.

Enjoy Paddy's in the big apple.

Looking forward to this interview i just hope andy fixes his few flaws in his game before he steps up in class again, i still think there is much more to come from this guy than we are seeing right now too.

Me too. It's all gone a bit quiet on the Lee front recently.

Someone mentioned on another site that Lee may be facing the guy who Macklin was due to fight this month before it fell through. Khoran Gevor is a top quality fighter. Ranked 4th in the world by Ring Magazine. This would be a huge step up for Lee and shows his ambition and confidence. Here's hoping the rumours are true as it has the makings of a real war. If this is on in Limerick I'll be there without a shadow of a doubt.

On a side note. It looks like Macklin could be fighting Daniel Geale in June.

Has the makings of another quality fight.

I heard Lee is today announcing his opponent and the undercard for May 15th in Limerick. Keep your ear to the ground.

Anyone have any plans on heading to this? If I can talk someone into going I'll definitely head. None of my mates are boxing fans.

Its too late today to be announced, i have this feeling the gevor fight fell through its a bit late as the 15th of may is in 5 weeks and no word.
If andy did get gevor in the ring you would be sorry you missed it as it has barn burner wrote all over it!
Andy could lose here as gevor is world class and is the very style andy hates, gevor brings serious pressure and inside skill that could set andy back again...
It could go either way for me.
