Since you didn't give us a location then the obvious answer is ISRAEL!..

    But seriously, where are you?.

And finally, have you tried our search function?.. There is a lot of K.M. discussion on the forum.

    hello again
my location is swords, being a long time since i was in israel.
i have done a good bit of serching on boards and on google
and i have to say im fairly impressed krev maga.
im 35 so im not aiming for any tournaments or looking to win medals
but id love to get back in shape and learn some effective self defence.
iv practiced aikido in galway for about 6 months and done some boxing when i was a teenager
and still train on the punch bag a bit.
iv just finished a computer course and want to put my time into training (in between job hunting).
im going visit a few different clubs and sit in on a training session or 2 before i make my mind up,
    so any pointers are welcome
    thanks

There's a new gym just opened in Airside in Swords called Xtreme Fitness Ireland.

    www.xtremefitnessireland.ie

They do Krav Maga classes on thursday evenings and as far as I know the instructor will also do private lessons if you were looking for 2-3 days training. All the class times are on the website along with contact numbers or you could just pop in if you wanted to view the gym.

    Thanks for the info
Have had 5 lessons in KM so far and to be honest I didn’t expect the training to be so physically demanding I guess I’m a bit more out of shape than I thought..
Anyway I’m really enjoying it and I’m gona stick with it
    Thanks again

Thats great, I hope it continues to bring you lots of enjoyment.

And a hearty 'thank you' for coming back and updating the forum, its a rarity.

I really do appreciate you taking the time and hope you stick around.
