Sight distance requirements

    Hi folks,

    I have a problem with Sight distance requirements concerning my planning application. Th site has an existing house. But the site lines for driving out are 26m on the left and over 200m on the right (OK). It is an old cottage that I'm renovating and there is a side access field gate that I'm converting into a proper drive in entrance. Is there any way to get around the line of site requirements?

    the forum charter states "Any thread/post that is looking for ways to get around the planning process, or building regulations, or any other statutory legislation, or advising somebody to ignore these legislations and regulations, will be deleted and and the poster will be banned indefinitely."
