    Hey all,

Just moved into a new place and trying to get my home network back up.
Im having some problems getting my xbox to see either of my computers that are connected wirelessly to my Cisco Router(standard UPC 1)

so my network looks a bit like this :
    Router - > xbox - Wired
    Router - > pc Wireless
    Router - > laptop wireless

The way i used to have it was:
Router - > pc wirelessly - > xbox wired using Internet conection sharing.

i havent changed anything, all sharing options are the same as it was before.
However now, the xbox cant find either connection when testing pc connection under network settings.

    Anyone have any ideas?
    Thanks

I have the exact same problem, and despite my best efforts, have also been unable to solve it. The only conclusion I can arrive at is that the router is a piece of crap that doesn't bridge properly between the wired and wireless LANs, as if I wire the laptop connection, the xbox sees it, but the laptop cannot see my PC connected wirelessly at the same time, i.e. the problem is not specific to the xbox setup.

I am at the point now where I am considering using another wireless router that I have as an access point, and disabling the cicso wireless. At least then the cisco would think that all the traffic was on the wired LAN, and they should see each other! However, if anyone else has found a solution and can prove me wrong, I'd be more than happy to hear how, and try to fix the issue for once and for all!
