As the title suggests.

I need to find an app developer that is worth his/her salt.

I have an app to be developed but it involves a lot of work and telecoms experience. I've had 2 others look at this app proposal but both bowed out as they said it was to intricate for their skill level.

Mods.. I am posting this here as I would prefer a developer from Carlow so I could work with them on this.
