hoping not to break any rules, what do legal aid pay a junior counsel when it is
just a once off refresher fee for a motion based on a settled matter, and not a full hearing fee,

I seem to be getting a vibe from legal aid that I need to think about bridging the gap?

Surely you'd only have to pay the legal aid contribution worked out via the means test ?

If something is on legal aid you should be making no contribution to your lawyers.

You are required to make a small contribution to legal aid itself if its civil legal aid..
