Does anyone know what the proceedure is when comparing interventions in health care economics but the previous intervention was inefficient? Should you still compare the new intervention with the current efficient one or go back a few time periods and compare with an efficient intervention?
I cannot find any journal article example. Any ideas would be appreciated:)
