Fifa 10 Manager mode can you change difficulty?

Im playing Fifa 10 on xbox 360. after playing a season and a half now and keep trashing teams so want to increase the difficulty. Can this be done or must u use the same difficulty u started with for ur whole manager career??

Go into game settings and change it to world class,that will give you a challenege.
