    No I think there was a bit of attitude on both sides to be honest. [mod edit]were dramatically hasty in cancelling the order.
    Any retail outlet who comes out with
    Have refunded you.
    Take your business elsewhere.

    leaves a lot of questions that have to be answered.:rolleyes:
    I'm of course only going by what "declans" said. There could be more to this.

    Personally I think the behaviour of the business is outrageous. I worked at the front end of business for several years and if you took that attitude with every obnoxious customer, you'd be quickly out of business. And that was before the word recession came back into fashion.
