    It's a research paper, useing MTBE in blending fuel on avaition engines. It was written by V. E. Emel'yanov, P. S. Deineko, E. A. Nikitina and V. P. Grebenshchikov for the scientific research institute for petroleum processing in the old USSR in 1991. The numbers I quoted are for the papers as far as I know. I was doing some research into oxegenated fuels for racing and came across it.

    Use Scifinder or something in your college. Otherwise you'll have to pay for access, unless you can get it in your college library.

    You should be able to access it through a college library (or any college computer hopefully). If you're completely stuck I can e-mail it to you, though I'm not in the habit of doing that often - these journals do have to get their money somewhere!
