Moving house soon and did a test 02 vs 3.
3 wins hands down, got speeds of 2.3mbps to 2.9 over an hour of testing (upstairs, outside) with a friends dongle.

Now to choose a modem - have a dovado router already so don't need mifi, however what's the difference E122 and E1750?

Also, 3 don't seem to sell their own router (not mifi one) on their webstie, at least I can't find it. Should be ok with the dovado but want to keep options open.

not much difference between either modem. If you live near a 3store they sell their D100 routers through their stores

Thanks. Their store locator's not working, must be one in Blanch? Can't remember.

There is one in the outlet park not in the main centre

Don't buy the (Huawei) D100 just because you're in a 3 store and it is 'convenient' at that moment. The Dovado UMR is far more versatile. Do yourself a favour and get that instead.
