Season ticket pay and play question

I am a GAA season ticket holder and I have a question about how it works for the championship games. I understand that the season ticket covers all the league matches and the opening Championship fixture and it's Play & Pay after that. this means you purchase tickets for all Championship games after the opening game at their face value less €5 and Credit card or Laser Card used to purchase will be automatically charged prior to fixture.
I have no problem with this but I assume it means I don't have to source a ticket myself for the championship games after the opening game? I am notified by email that I can buy a ticket for the game or else my credit card is charged automatically?
    Hope I am making sense.

    Correct.

You are automatically charged for the ticket, you will usually get the option to purchase guest tickets as well. You wont be assigned a seat number till you get to the ground though, but the sections held back for season ticket holders were excellent last year

Just to clarify you pay full value if it's a final, provincial or All Ireland. Also the GAA were a bit lax with the payment last year, with payments for two Dublin games not coming until many months after the game during the winter.

You must attend 60% of your sides games in the league and championship to get an All Ireland ticket should you county get there. Also if you get to the league final you pay for that game.

its 60% of games that need to be attended, not 80%, also last year all season ticket holdders could go to the league final..

    Corrected.

Doubt they will allow that this year for Division one as they'll want to milk Dublin being in the final :D

If yopur county gets to the league final, does it count as one of the games that add up to 60% so?

Yes, also back door games are treated the same so they all go towards to 60%.
