Priest required to bless a civil ceremony

Marrying a divorced man in a civil ceremony in Donegal, we are both from outside the parish we are marrying in.
We want to have a blessing in a church in Donegal after the civil ceremony.
My local priest will give us a blessing but will not travel to Donegal.
The local priest in Donegal will give us his church for the blessing but
    would not conduct the blessing.
Does anyone know of a priest who would perform a blessing in a church for us after the civil ceremony?
