Odd 3g/wifi problem

I am running jailbroke 3.12 and noticed something recently on some applications/websites. I can use the internet fine for most sites/apps, but some sites it wont work on the wifi, just on 3g. The router itself is still fine, connection is still there, just cant go to website, or not all the pictures etc will load. anyone…
