Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Morning.
Was on the way up the north and one of the roads i had to take in Meath is full of potholes.
I didnt notice one of them and it burst both my tyres on one side.
I was not over the speed limit.

Has anyone had any experience in claiming back from the council for fixing these up.

The councils are refusing to pay out for these, so you might have to get a solicitors letter. That should sort them out.

Get pictures of the pothole that did the damage and how it wasnt marked in any way.

Try small claims court first. Its only 15 euro but as chris take pictures and gather evidence. I am taking cork coco to court at the moment this way.
