You might want to take Kate Winslet off the list, I'm pretty sure she was in last years one for the same film.

I didn't have access to last years nomination threads (they were deleted), but I think there might be an overlap between the 2008 and 2009 eligibility periods. Revolutionary Road came out in January last year.

It's 60%+ animation. Which should more than qualify it for being an animated film.
