We will have seen the court reports this week of Irelands '' unluckiest man '' bringing his 13th or 14th Personal Injury Claim.

In my view this bears out what various business groups have been saying about the legal system favouring plaintiffs , I also think it brings the entire Personal Injury process into disrepute.

    Any opinions ?

Statistically it's perfectly possible but extremely unlikely. There are alot of Mothers in prison based on the Munchasen Syndrom by prosectution based on the fact that a second child has died in their family. This alone is usually enough to get them incarcerated, along with biased and untruthful evidence form the authorities.

If a jury can find someone guilty based on a statistical value and then in turn award this man compensation the jury system needs to removed as its just a waste of money and lives.

    Maybe it's just his personality.
