Hi there, we've been princiable approved of a mortage for 130,000 , Were just wondering would any one know what the deposit would be??? As the banks use to give 92% has this changed? Thank You Everyone!!

You'd need to check with your lender. Some banks are doing 92%,others 90% etc. If you're getting an affordable house it can be up to 97%. If you got any paperwork from the bank it will probably say it on that somewhere.
