    hi,

can anyone recommend some jeans to try which suit pear shapes? i often find that if i put on jeans/trousers which fit the hip/bum area then there is a big gap at the back.

i usually wear a belt, but am looking for something that fits better to start with.

i don't really like going clothes shopping and don't have too much time nowdays with my LO, so would really appreciate any help.

    thanks

I hate that! I got these, I love them, the fit is quite tight though and needs to be right, I'd recommend going into the store and trying them on!

I bought a pair of jean in GAP last year that fit pretty well, took a few pairs into the dressing room to try on.

I've found that the jeans in A-wear suit me best. Plus, they're not too expensive, which is good. :)

Gap Long and Lean jeans are fantastic! Both me, aged 20, and my mam, aged 50, have them. Super fit, and really make you look longer and leaner.

+1 on the Hilfiger jeans - they fit really nicely.

Oasis do a jean called Scarlet that are really good I find. They go up to the waist but are not mammyish. They can loosen up after a few wears but I find this happens with all jeans. I have two pairs of them and love them.

Earl jeans are pretty good for this. I'm tall and always have this problem. These jeans solve it and they come in a long leg:).
