looks like a very tidy piece of work but way out of my price range at the minute... the one's i mentioned are going for in or around E25 give or take...

i know the quality probably won't be as crisp but if it's any way decent it'll do me at this stage

I'm looking to buy a USB - Guitar USB cable/interface... something basically that has better latency than plugging the 1/4" into a 1/8" adaptor and into the microphone jack...

:/ You should never plug anything into a standard PC Microphone jack... even a Microphone. They're almost always awful.

if you have a Line in that's not entirely noisy, getting something like a Pocket POD would be nice. The Zoom G2 is also meant to be pretty good (USB recording).

€25? I can't see you getting anything useful for that, sorry. Up it to €40 and you could get a Vox Amplug, those are very nice. Get the Lead one maybe as it also has a bit of digital delay. €50 might get you a Zoom G2 second hand.

I have a stealthplug which came with amplitube which is handy. Now that I think of it, I don't use it, and must put it up on adverts...
