    Is there any way of getting notified if a site changes? i know there rss feeds But some sites dont have that feature

    What exactly do you mean by sites?

    Forums for example, normally have the option under "Thread Tools" to (1). Subscribe to the thread or (2). Track Topic. These can be set to notify you via email as soon as changes occur.

    its not forums site. its a couple of site i view sometimes but they only updates every couple of days maaybe every couple of weeks
