please help me downgrade my ipod touch 3g 32 g 3.1.3

    kk. i got my ipod touch in febuary and i updated it without thinking and now i want to downgrade it . my ipod touch is 3g and 32 gigs its running on 3.1.3 and i want to bring it down to 3.1.2 also i have never jailbroken it before . i dowloaded 3.1.2 and then put my ipod into dfu mode and clicked shift restore and selected the firmware and everything goes right until it verifys it with apple and an error comes up "itunes could not restore the device is not eligable" or somethin . please help me !

    I've had the same problem of an error coming up, all I can advise you to do is turn off and on the computer (the universal computer solution ;-), re-install iTunes, change USB port/cable and Google that error (iTunes should give you a specific error number) as they'll have more detailed in-dept advice.

    apple wont sign 3.1.2 downgrade files anymore, thats the problem
