That is class. Black and gold I likee. However black with silver trim would match my bike. I think the rider needs a completely matching look of kit and bike.
So we now need to design a team bike also (not PX!!)

There was talk of trying to do a group buy of frames of Columbus a while back. I think Scott or someone emailed them but I don't think he heard anything back. You could probably get a big batch of unbranded CF frames quite cheap and then get someone to run up custom decals.

I wouldnt imagine it would be no prob getting unbranded Carbon from say Hong Fu the prob is bringing in a load in bulk. I would imagine the Customs would prob wet themselves. We would prob need someone 'on the inside'!

As for decals I know 2 guyss who do it here in Dublin.
Getting myself and Rob Fowls name and flag and gonna get another to do a bit of custom decal for mine.

I prefer my version, note I have matched the bar and tyre colour.

I like the orange stripe, but these would be my boards bikes. Can we get rid of the Ridley and buy some planet x decals, with lots of "warning: carbon", "this is a crabon frame", etc. to annoy Tom?

This is the precise colour scheme of a sweet from my (1970s) childhood. What was it though? Refreshers? No. Think dammit, think...

That was my thought too. There was a multicoloured boiled sweet we referred to (with great sensitivity and appreciation of current affairs) as "AIDS viruses", I'm not sure what the real name was.

AIDS in the 70s ?? Wow - I thought it was invented by Vincent Hanley in the 80s

I am pretty sure Refreshers were around in the 1960s, together with Love-hearts, which had the same pastel colours with little messages within the heart shape on one side:

I think that would win. I was actually trying to keep a semblance of harmony in my own effort.

I think it was about 1984 actually. I reckon rflynnr is a bit more experienced than me ;)

I used to think so, but I vaguely recall him approving of a black Pinarello Prince with black decals, and now I have doubts.

I think that frame is a bit fugly so I haven't bothered messing with the design app... could they make those tubes any thicker you think?

Anyway, aren't you lot supposed to be coming up with jersey designs anyway? Because that could conceivably happen.

I don't remember Quenchers. I suspect the Fruit Salad penny sweets, or maybe Wham bars? Or - long shot - Spangles?

Have to agree with niceonetom, those tubes are too big and ugly. Sorry not for me.

Gotta agree. The bike is ugly. My colour scheme however, is lovely.

ok, maybe not the blue. Tried to get another boards colour in. Dirks third creation looks the most boardslike.

Here's my two, first one for when I'm representing Ireland and the second when I'll be representing Kilkenny. Needless to say, my ability to do either is about the same as my ability to affoard these :D
