I have started a new Consultancy company. It is a limited company.

Should i have register with Department of Justice since i and my wife are non EU and my wife has a Stamp 4 VISA and she has been employed in Ireland for the past 3 years.

I am in need of a consultant (AVID professional). I have found one Non EU guy who is experienced and qualified at this.

    Can i employ him?

Since he will be the only person who is an employee does my company violate any rights?

Please inform me if i am following the right path

    Thanks in advance
