Still not over her

I have well and truly broken up with my ex, but while doing facebook surfing, I saw a photo of her with some other guy. I feel torn up. The relationship is well and truly over, and we don't even contact each other anymore. That makes me feel like more of a psycho, stalker, and loser.

I haven't gone near another girl since the break up which is making me feel like a loser even more. Yet I see that she goes from fella to fella. I know I shouldn't have even looked at her profile, but it's like a poison chalice that I can't refrain from.

I should be over her at this stage, but I'm not.

Anyone else in this situation? Or have any help as to how I get over her?

I'm feeling the same today. My relationship is finsihed for months with my ex, well for him I think it was finsihed a long time before that but he kept up the facade of wanting to spend the rest of his life with me... He moved on very quick with someone else too, and while I am trying I just haven;t had any success and putting myself out there has meant getting a lot of knockbacks...

I don't have any words of wisdom, I just wish I was more like the ex's concerned and move on with my life without a backward glance as they seem to have done.

Chin up...I know in time it does get easier

Delete her from facebook. My ex did this to me and told me about it. I completely understand and agree with her. Its mutually beneficial as even though i broke it off with her, it still doesn't feel nice seeing pictures of her out drunk hanging off other guys. We still contact through email so its not as if its cold turkey.

As of getting over her? I think you should try and force yourself to go out with a few girls, even if your not that in to them. That might sound a bit wrong but it worked for me. You have to let the possibility of meeting other people into your life. Once you get to know them better, who knows what could happen

Agree completely, you have to give yourself a chance to get over her and you cant do that if you are following her life on facebook.

This is one sucker punch you well find hard as hell to deal with.
Deleting her from your life well not be as easy as others say and it is quiet possible you well still pin for her a year from now.
All I can say is you well have to start doing now what every guy does when he is in a fix... start checking our every skirt in sight if only to tell yourself you are at lest starting to move on.
PS... in the name off blessed Gods not any one the is the spitting image off you Ex OK:D

I think the problem is you accepting its over, you must accept completely that it is not going to happen. Otherwise it will do damage to you, every time you see a picture of her you will be crushed. you need to get the 'what if' out of your head before you drive yourself insane. As others said, start accepting that other women exist and are just as good as this woman. It wont happen over night but if you cant accept its over you will let this drag on and on.
