Facebook Loading?

    Is it just me or is Facebook having problems this morning diplaying a normal homepage etc?

    Just loads as basic text like 'safe mode' or similar.

    Me too. I noticed eBay is similar. Top half is the side headings but bottom half is fine. Is this my net router or some other issue?

    Absolutely no idea how to fix it. I'm hoping that there's someone can tell us how to fix it or maybe it's something facebook is up to!

    same on all the LT's in the house. Must be a FB server issue then - time will tell! Cleared everything out and rebooted - not a LT issue...

    My brother works for a IT internet crowd and its something to do with the servers for hotmail and Facebook, certain IP addresses cant log on so if it doesnt work on your desk top at home it wont work on your laptop..

    been told that BEBO doesn't work either. Did your brother say if it's going to be fixed or how?

    I cleared everything and rebooted, but no change. Only certain sites though.

    I am using BT Ireland/Vodafone server.

    are you with vodafone?

    having the same problem since the swtich over. In a nutshell you're connecting to the main site but the other servers it pulls content off fail to load and it throws off the layout.

    Yep, that is it really. Same with eBay.

    he didn't say but mostly the problem is with vodafone and perlico i think, chorus and eircom seem to be fine.

    Try changing yer IP address to 69.63.189.31 it might work!
    I wont chance it here though because its a work computer I am on
