I've a pain in my face with these teeth!

    Hi,

    Not a major problem. 2 of my wisdom teeth on the same side are coming through (1 top & 1 bottom) and my gum & cheek are sore. Pain isn't keeping me awake at night or anything but it's noticeable when I eat, if a bit of food happens to touch the inside of my cheek I get a sharp pain.

    I went to my dentist this morning, he took a look and advised that they were just wisdom teeth coming through, and that some pain is normal. He never mentioned that they would need to be taken out or anything; just said to keep practicing good oral hygene, and to make sure I rinse with mouthwash to keep the gum & cheek clean. - He also mentioned that I could use Bongella or something like it to help to ease the pain.

    Any recommendations of a good mouth gel or anything like it, or is Bongella as good as it gets?
