I have a Sony Ericsson W200i phone and it has started to answer incoming calls automatically but I can't hear the caller. I have reset the settings but this hasn't helped. There appears to be a headset icon on the top left of the screen but nothing is plugged into phone. Is there anything else I can…

Do you try and update the firmware using SEUS

(make a backup before hand ?)
