The best you could get is a ped-elec, that is a bicycle with power assistance (the power stops when you stop). You can't even use a Seg-way.

Forget anything with an internal combustion engine even a moped.

Some information on the legalities of power assisted pushbikes.

Alternatively you can open an account out with these. :)

You were convicted of drink driving and banned for 4 years because you refused to give a sample of blood or urine, Are you looking for some loophole to get you back on the road?

You refused to give a sample when requested so unless there was some known medical condition at the time or other valid reason(would love to hear one of those) you dont have a hope at all.

Refusing to give a sample is not only an offence but really an admission of guilt and a waste of Garda time and resources.

Drink drivers should be punished more imho they should have to resit their test as well as having it endorsed forever and have a D plate much like an L plate displayed for a number of years ater they get back on the road!
