Mitsubishi Colt Relay

Hi all, Does anybody know where the MFI or Fuel Pump relay is on a 2002 Mitsubishi Colt with the 4G13 engine? Having a fuel pump issue and cant seem to find it... Any help would be very much appreciated.

Sitting inside the car on the passenger seat, down where your right foot is there is a panel, remove the panel and you'll see two relays on a bracket held in with a 10 bolt.

They've been known to give trouble. What is the problem with the car?
