hI all Im getting desperate here.
I have a vodaphone 3 g modem stick in clonakilty being used for data transfer and it is constantly dropping out and WILL NOT reconnect despite what vodaphone are telling me. I was told that if I get 3 G ROUTER it will automatically reconnect if the system drops out and that would solve it but does anyone know what model router and where I can get one
    HELPPPP

    Hi John

From what I have been reading some 3G routers automatically reconnect while others don't. I've been looking for one of these myself recently and there are certainly many options available.

If you go through this thread here they talk about different ones that are avilable:

There are also a few 3G routers mentioned here:

I usually just take the names and Google them for reviews to see if they will do what I need (such as broadcast a strong connection throughout my apartment). The one I'm probably gong to go with is the Dovado but its expensive so I'm looking for a second hand one myself:

I'm not sure what shops sell them but Amazon seem to have a good selection.

If you need any more help ask away
