Anyone know of a grant for a laptop?

I've heard from 2 different people now of a way to get a laptop subsidized or a grant for it if you are a broke 3rd level student? Im already entitled to a maintenance grant but want to know how I go about even getting a form to see if Im entitled to the laptop scheme thing?
