Hi a friend of mine has been working but is being left go, due to finish up in 3 weeks or so. In the mean time they have secured a job which will start in July, they have signed a contract. A few questions:

Can they get JSA? they have enough credits built up.

Do they need to disclose that they have a job secured July?

When they start this job will they get the additional bonus, the back to work one?

any other advice or things to be aware of? TY.

Your friend should sign on as soon as they finish work, (july is months away who knows what will happen by then, contract really means nothing) depends what part of country it takes for claim to be processed.
No harm in mentioning job in july (i wouldn't bother) but your friend has to be available/looking for work.
Back to work bonus think thats a long term unemployed thing.
