Advice re delivering pharmacy prescriptions

Does anyone know the legal implications (if any) of delivering prescriptions from a chemist or pharmacy to their customers. i.e. can a normal delivery driver hand over the prescription at the doorstep (presumably in a sealed pack) or does the pharmacist have to hand it over?

There is lots of pharmacies currently offering this service so cant see why it would be an issue.

Its not really any different than getting a relative in to pick up your meds.
