    Hi all,

appreciate any advice on the following

My friend's wife is a PRSI A1 employee.
The tax matters is taken care of by the existing employer.

She is also a director of a company and also does some professional consultancy services.

which form should she fill to declare any extra income earned from the company?

    Thanks

She needs to complete a Form 11 to declare:

    1) Her PAYE employment income
    2) Her income from her directorship
    3) Her self-employed income

If she is taxed under joint assessment she will also have to declare her husband's income on the tax return.
