    Hello all
I need to get some body repair work done on my little Nissan Micra and i was wondering if anyone had any previous experience with any particular garages in the Clondalkin area?
I'll probably need to get my gears and clutch looked at further down the line and i'm new to this 'making contacts' stage of car repairs and stuff...
    My thanks in advance
    DG

I know of two garages who are very good anf reasonable. For body work try Joe Redmond on Ballymount Road D12. For mechanical try David Garry on Walkinstown Road opp Superquinn. Very reasonable and personable. It's not Clondalkin but close enough.

Just dont go near the fella in at Sean Kavannagh, charges rediculous prices. Theres a fella just over the hump back bridge coming into ballyfermot from the nangor road who's pretty good. Martin Behan's his name IIRC

For your mechanical end of stuff keep Clondalkin Auto Clinic in mind they're up on Station Road, really nice, dead on lads in there. You can give them a ring & ask for Terry, lovely man to talk to & he'll give you a price on checkin all the stuff over for you.

Pretty sure they do crash repairs as well so should be able to help you out with the body repair you'd have.

Another for Clondalkin Auto Clinic, Terry is the head Mechanic, Martin owns the place and runs the sales. They do a small bit of crash repair, seems more touch up, ie no spraying booth. For more extensive crash repairs, I have used Newcastle Crash repairs, up past peamount heading towards Newcastle. Alan has done jobs for family and work. Good jobs and not 2 pricey.
