Thanks for that. Do you know if you get 2 portions of veggies or one? Coz there's no way one of those is feeding 4 people, 2 at best.

the side would generally be double the normal size, like the trad veg for roasting is 2 packs taped together afaik

Got a tip about this from my SIL in the UK. Have a look at the full prices of the wine that's included in the offer before you choose - some of them normally retail at 6-7 euro but more often than not one of the choices normally has a retail price of 9 euro so if you choose that one your saving even more money:)

    Bloody love the M&S grub!:D
    Smashing deals too

Hope I'm not trailing off topic here but the 'Tesco's Finest' deal is the biz too..had it last weekend. Man I can still taste it...

even at €2.50 cheaper, the food in the Tesco deal isn't a patch on the food in the M&S stuff. I had the Tesco Steak Diane with Horseradish mash last week - it was tasty enough, but was also quite reminiscent of the sort of food they serve up in nursing homes.

Lol...nice image..my horseradish mash now that you mention it did look odd under my chicken with asparagus - but still it was lovely. Not bad being fed and watered for a 10er on a Saturday night tho you'lll have to admit.

Oh and the hot sticky toffee pud with pecan nuts (with a dollop of vanilla ice cream on the side) afterwards was delish. Oh so wrong but so nice!

    Chauffe, Marcel, chauffe!

Had the Ready to Roast Lamb & Rosemary and 2 large accompaniments this evening and it fed 3 adults and 3 children. Nice!

I had the roast beef, roast potatoes, and vanilla cheescake, lovely! The roast beef is always good, very lean meat, I often stock up on it.

Although the Tescos offer is cheap, I still don't think you can beat the quality of the M&S food. It's more than worth the extra €2.50.
