    They are actually bags with dog poo inside and can be found disgarded all over the place, mostly over fences and dangling from ditches. Even if they empied out the poo in the ditch or somewhere appropriate it wouldn't be too bad as it is biodegradable but to dump it in bags is just littering. The fact that there are not enough litter bins or dog poo bins around is not much of an excuse.

    This is absolutely unbelievable. What are people thinking? I really do wonder about this. Do people actually clean up after their dogs and then discard the bags when no one is looking? :mad: These people should be fined - but really who can do anything about this?
