I presume this is for an external area, therefore you'll want it to last?

Go to a local metal work shop, or car repair garage and get chatting to the lads there.
What you'll need is galvanised angle iron, and galvanised steel mesh.
Very easy for someone who's handy with a welder to make up a cabinet for you, and to get a door/ hinges and lock plate onto it.
Get a good drawing done of what you want, and make sure you have somewhere suitable to place the cabinet - ideally up against a solid wall and onto concrete, so it can be bolted into position.
