Stillorgan Road/Foster Avenue

Does anyone know if it's possible to take a right turn fom the Stillorgan Road (southbound) onto Foster Avenue?

I'm learning to drive at the moment and I'm going for a spin with a friend later and I'm trying to plan out a route. I usually cycle everywhere and if I was going that way I'd normally cut through UCD/Owenstown Park but in the car I'd rather stick to main roads at the moment.

UCD close their internal traffic barriers from 0700-1030 and 1600-1930 just in case ya do go in in the end!
