Daily headaches for nearly 3 years??

Hi all I suffer from daily headaches, they wouldn't be considered migraines as it is not an intense pain but rather a dull type of pain around the top of the head near the crown on the left hand side and also sometimes around the back of the head near the base of the skull and neck. The headaches are not debilitating but can be more annoying/distracting than anything else....the headache it self comes and goes throughout the whole day and and can last up to a few hours at a time

I've had an MRI and all seems to be fine and I am at a bit of a loss to know what it is?? This has been reaccurring daily for a few years now would you believe!??

I would like to know if anyone has similar headaches problems? what they did about it? or suggest any possible cures?

I've started taking dietary supplements "New Chapter's Headache take care' specific for headaches and it has eased the sensation a bit but not cured

I've tried alot of things....can anyone please help

Thanks folks, any pointers would be great

Unfortunately we cannot offer any ideas for 'cures'. You've been to a doctor, had an MRI in hospital and no cause has been found. That's really tough :( I know because my wife suffered severe migraines that left her bed-bound at times, for over five years. Thankfully that's over now.

All I can say to you is that you should discuss any long-term medications that you may be on with your doctor. Try to determine if you are allergic or intolerant of any foods or substances. Other than that we can't offer any medical advice.

I'm going to have to lock this thread now.
