Hi. Anyone who is free fancy a bit of a spin tomorrow.
Want to get 5 grid hours in the saddle. Preference would be for Wicklow maybe Kippure. But can do Kildare.
Leave 8ish back for 3pm at very latest but 1.30/2pm would be preferable.
Anyone welcome. I am slow but will try to go at a good effort with no lunch/coffee stops.

I think I'd be in ROK_ON.....but I'd have to veer off a little earlier to get home by 1. Will confirm with you later if that's ok?

If you don't get any takers for tomorrow, I'm available for a Friday spin.

Let me know the plan of action ROK_ON and I'll be there...maybe not for the whole thing though. Would prefer a few hills but I'm easy.

We're going to have to discuss the effects on the nations drinking habits of planning major sporting fixtures on good friday.....

If there's any more midweek spins going in the future let me know, I've my train ticket already paid to Carlow and Dublin is only €10 or so after that. My days off are gone for this week though.

ROK ON, don't think my legs are up for an epic spin, I'm going to take a shorter one instead tomorrow. I think I would end up slowing you all down tomorrow, I'm kind of crawling at the moment.

Plan. 0830 under M50 bridge heading up to Cruagh. The one before MerryPloughboy.

Dirk. No worries. If you change you mind your welcome but given a race at weekend your probably correct.

@Captain sorry about that. Next week maybe.

If you were interested in coming up here. Then get here early and we will cycle to Carlow and take in mt Leinster?
Next week I am hoping to do 2 long spins back to back and that may just suit me. Not sure yet though. Will leave you know.
Really looking forward to tomorrow as it will be my first spin on the new bike.

I'm out for a spin tomorrow. At goddamn 6:30am. I got up this morning at 6:30 to get on the turbo."Hell, thy name is turbo". So the plan is, tomorrow, 1hr on the road instead. It was bright enought this morning to do that (with a hi-vis + leds)

Yeah I know , not exactly on topic but I had to get it off my chest.

ROK ON, see you then, will pm you my number lest I sleep it out or anything.

Dirk, you won't slow anyone down. Feel free to come along for a while if you feel like it.
