Does anyone have a really good recipe for apple sorbet - I tried making it with apple purée but found that it was very grainy and the apple taste wasn't distinct enough.
I was thinking of using Mickey Finns apple for it but any recipes would be great

Just blend granny smiths with the skin still on, pass it through a fine sieve, add lemon juice to keep the colour, then mix in stock syrup(equal parts sugar and water boiled together) to taste, and either freeze or churn in the ice cream maker.. You'll get the purest apple flavour, its great
