Was just having a look at these figures. The vast majority of points issued for driving without an nct (258 of 277) fall in the "No Driver Number" category. Was the driving licence number loophole exploited particularly heavily in this area, or are the gardai being awfully keen about targeting non-irish registered…

Was the driving licence number loophole exploited particularly heavily in this area, or are the gardai being awfully keen about targeting non-irish registered cars/drivers for this offence?
