Traktor pro help?

    Having a slight problem with traktor, hope someone here can help me!

    When playing, and I bring in another deck, the volume drops....only slightly but I just dont think it sound right.

    Anyone able to bring any light to the matter?

    Can you not just adjust the gain to suit ??

    Check the settings. I'm sure there's something in there about auto adjusting the gain, also I think there's one that manages the master output to prevent clipping. If your channels are bouncing in the red the whole time you should drop the gain a bit until the meters only hit the red occasionally.

    Yeah, this. It's most likely the gain. There's a setting to either auto-adjust gain or not. If you don't want to use that you could run all your tracks through a program to equalize all the volumes, someone on here should be able to recommend one.
