    Very nice and very spacious double room available in quiet area.

    The house is literally at the door steps of UCC main campus and about 10 min away from Tyndall.

    The house has three separate bathrooms and there are six other people living in the house.
    Rent is 120€ per week. Rent includes refuse charges, tv licence and fast broadband (wireless) internet.

    We are looking for a responsible female postgraduate, professional or final year student only please.
