Verifying hotmail account

Anytime I try to reply to an email it asks me to verify my account (by writing down the letters and numbers) and come back and try to send the mail again . I do that, and I press the close button. So I go back and try to send/ reply and it keeps asking me to verify. Ive logged out and tried again- still the same Grrrrr…
