What's happening to subsidies in 2013

    OK, I know the current payment system is ending around 2013 (is it ending at end of year 2013 ?)

    Has the decision been made yet as to what will happen then regarding payments ?

    Has there been any hints given as to what might happen ?

    Are the budgets likely to be increased/decreased, any hints dropped from any Euro burocrats about this ?

    There was some suggestions that it might be based on hectorage (acerage), could this be the case ?
