You can't get Outlook Express for Windows 7*, nor does it contain an e-mail client of its own. Microsoft have Windows Live Mail available as part of their Live Essentials suite or you could use an alternative like Thunderbird. Both can import Outlook Express messages if need be.

    * - if you badly need it then you could use XP Mode under Windows 7 but you need at least Windows 7 Pro and a suitable processor to do this.

You should try Mozilla Thunderbird. (Same people that do Mozilla Firefox)

It is free and works very well.
